Job Purpose

This role will be responsible for managing the sports betting side of the Affiliate Program providing strategic leadership and expertise for existing and future group brands in relation to sports betting. On a secondary plane, it may also extend all the bellow responsibilities to other verticals as needed, depending on growth and workload, hence experience with Poker and Casino is desired.

Key Responsibilities

Help build, according to the business needs, a strong Sports Affiliate Department and Project Manage sports affiliate department needs where applicable (eg. Income Access integration/setup)
In conjunction with Affiliate head, design strategy, produce forecasts, budgets & KPIs for the sports affiliate business within the company’s established timelines and procedures.
Identify new business partners and business opportunities to grow and expand the department reach and performance
Deliver on Kpis and business objectives, through development and implementation of initiatives to improve affiliate performance and retention, including compensation schemes, promotions, loyalty programs and special activities.
Evaluate and develop effective tools to support the business, seeking for efficiency and accessibility to key information to manage the business
Manage spend within budgets and maximize ROI
Ownership and resolution of sports affiliate technical, commercial and operational issues
Optimize affiliate offerings on an individual basis and run well-conceived marketing tests to optimize affiliate acquisition and retention in relation to sports betting.
Provide regular reports on sports affiliate performance and ROI to Senior management and Affiliate Head

Skills and Capabilities


Proven track record of developing a strategic vision for sports affiliates in a global environment
Minimum 4 years’ experience in managing a global sports affiliate program;
Minimum 4 years’ experience in management of key global sports affiliates
Minimum 4 years’ experience in building a strong affiliate department e.g. recruitment; training; developing; supervising and managing/performance managing (where applicable).
Strong negotiation skills required with an eye for detail in the structure of all deals
Proven and consistent track record of executing an aggressive growth strategy and delivering results
Deep knowledge of global online affiliate models and sports affiliate models
Deep knowledge of popular and profitable global sporting events
Excellent influencing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility with all stakeholders
Significant experience of the online sports betting affiliate business
Confidence to liaise with and influence senior management
Strategic and commercial thinker
Strong judgment and problem solving skills
Strong analytical/reporting skills.


Casino & Poker affiliate skills
Experience using the Income Access affiliate platform
