BettingJobs.com are currently seeking a Retention Executive for a leading gaming company to be based in their Manchester office. The Retention Executive will be responsible for engaging with the customer base, creating and maintaining relationships with all players via a number of communications channels to increase player loyalty and life time value.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, personally managing their accounts
• Handling emails and enquiries from players
• Handling issues escalated from customer services and shift reports
• Administering the cash back promotions
• Configuration set-ups and notifications for new games
• Birthday Bonuses
• Monthly Loyalty Bonuses
• Player Class review and changes
• Congratulating jackpot and big winners; request for screen shots and quotes to be used for PR purposes
• Plus other retention duties as they arise

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal customer service and interpersonal skills
• Communication skills
• Ability to work with other departments efficiently
• Good understanding of Excel
• Outstanding attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
• Independent self-starter
• High levels of initiative required
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
