A leading international iGaming organisation is looking to hire an experienced PPC Manager to manage and grow their PPC Sports accounts/campaigns. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of PPC and be responsible for the in-house management and growth of Sportsbook PPC Accounts/Campaigns.
This is a challenging hands-on role that will require lots of initiative and drive. It is ideal for a proven performance marketer who wants to purely focus their career on PPC. In addition, you will also have access to a very large and talented in-house design team who can create and amend PPC landing pages within short timeframes, allowing you to frequently test new creative ideas.
You will define, own and manage all aspects of Sportsbook PPC strategy.
You will report directly to the Head of PPC and be the key stakeholder for Sportsbook PPC activity.
You will be expected to create and continually optimise campaigns to generate as efficient PPC spend as possible
You will be expected to continually plan and improve account structures in order to maximise performance, while championing PPC best practice throughout the accounts.
Analysing data daily to spot trends and opportunities and then acting upon them
Continually A/B testing and analysing adverts and landing pages to find out what works best
Assisting the Head of PPC with creating and implementing strategy for the accounts
Planning and improving account structures in order to maximise performance
Reporting on the performance of campaigns to more senior members of staff
Championing PPC best practice throughout the accounts
Building new PPC Accounts and Campaigns in Google AdWords and Bing Ads
Researching new keywords and themes to test
Frequently creating landing page and banner briefs for the in-house design team
Prioritising own workload in order to maximise profit
Creating compelling PPC adverts
Training and developing more junior members of the team
Utilising AdWords scripts to improve management of the accounts
Conducting regular competitor research
Identifying and recommending process improvements
Utilising Maxymiser to aid with testing
Assisting with the handling of purchase orders and invoices
Attending team meetings with Google, Bing and other suppliers
Assisting with other miscellaneous tasks related to the role
Competencies and experience required
Degree in Maths, Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Business or similar.
Solid experience of using Google AdWords and/or Bing Ads with spend levels above £80K per month specifically in a sportsbook environment.
Experience in using multivariate testing platforms.
Excellent attention to detail

AdWords Certified Individual
Experience in the online gaming / gambling industry
Experience using DS3 (DoubleClick Search) software
Google Analytics Experience
Experience in using multivariate testing platforms e.g. Maxymiser
IDM or CIM qualified
This role is part of the PPC team and reports into the Head of PPC
This role will form part of a wider Sports focused team, functioning across multiple channels
This role is responsible for delivering Sportsbook specific PPC activity to firstly launch and to develop it to maturity
