Main duties and responsibilities:
Maintaining a site content plan across our 10 locales.
Co-ordinating translation requirements.
Updating content aligned to the site content plan across the 10 locales.
Constant review of the sites to optimise customer experience and engagement.
Review analytics to optimise content that drives engagement and conversion.
Provide regular feedback to country managers on performance and suggestions for improvements.
Ensure that all texts needed for updates on the site are created, translated and put in before launch, some also need testing on QA before launch on site.
Test the user experience after updates.
