Social Casino Brand Manager – World Leading Social Gaming Brand
One of the global market leading social casino brands, is looking for a senior, commercially experienced and passionate Brand Manager with a proven track-record of having successfully operated a Social Casino Brand for several years. As the Brand Manager, you’ll have the ownership of the Gaming products and being accountable for the brand’s Profit-And-Loss; develop, optimize and oversee the casino products.
• Manage the Brand Team and work closely with VIP-, CRM- and Marketing Managers to ensure the most valuable customers are receiving outstanding communications, offers and treatment
• Ensure execution and quality across-the-board in terms of site experience and customer journeys are effective and constantly improved upon on all
• Communicate product rollout and strategy to key departments
• Planning/executing/coordinating all types of online and/or offline campaigning including gamification based on localisation and player segmentation/clustering
• Need to be knowledgeable and stay up to date with the gaming regulations and ensure that our games offering and relationship with the supplier stays compliant
• Ensure campaigns are helping to achieve the overall monthly and quarterly targets
• Own the games release- and communication plan and ensure impeccable planning and end to end execution of campaigns in regards to the Game launches
• Constantly evaluate the campaigns you are running in order to improve efficiency and ROI
• You are “sky’s the limit” mind-set
• At least 3 years of work experience in a similar role as a Brand Manager/Senior Casino Manager with full PnL responsibility
• Experience in viral/social marketing and gamification is a must
• Experience with certification of casino games and “go to market” process in compliancy with the gaming regulation is a bonus
• You have an in-depth understanding of the Gaming product and its development process and also commercial management skills of the casino
• Good managerial skills to manage a small team and stakeholder in other teams.
• Excellent skills in spoken and written English
• You are creative and innovative, data- driven and detail- orientated with good analytical and problem solving skills
• You have excellent communication, organizational, teamwork and interpersonal skills
