An exciting new software supplier are looking to hire a CEO for their new Malta office. This is a key role for the business who already have a team based in Stockholm and will be responsible for developing the Malta operations as well as having control of all Commercial activity for the business. This is a key role for the company and they aim for long term commitment from the successful candidate.

From a Commercial point of view you will own the strategy for achieving revenue growth with new and existing customers, establishing and implementing suitable commercial incentives, promotion campaigns and effective methods to sell content to local operators. As the strategic point of contact for operators in the region, you will develop long-term relationships with key personnel at all levels within the customer base, overseeing the development and management of the Malta team and strategy.

Key responsibilities:
Establish, manage and develop the Malta operations
Grow the business portfolio
Develop and lead a team of account managers
Develop and implement strategy for the revenue growth across the business
Forecast and track key account metrics
Prepare business plans, reports and statistics
Work with the executive team to develop and implement the company strategy.

Key requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in the gaming industry
- Confident personality with great social skills
- Fluent (native like) English
- Interest in product development - casino games, video slots and provider platforms.
- Strong network in the space.
- Commercial experience, ability to work in a B2B environment.
