An established iGaming business based in Malta is looking to hire a Head of Acquisition for their leading brand. The role will be responsible for an established team of Country Managers and be based in Malta.

• Create and drive the growth plan through focused, data-driven, and ROI based user acquisition strategies
• Be responsible to build and maintain a strong relationship with relevant affiliate partners, advertising networks and publishers
• Manage acquisition marketing budgets across products and generate performance reports of defined key metrics across channels
• Develop acquisition marketing programs to drive new customer base and build strong loyalty among users since the start
• Manage creative marketing processes from idea creation to delivery for casino, sports and poker alike
• Manage brand as part of expansion strategy and improve brand awareness globally
• Manage business analytics to track and analyze data and conduct testing of new user acquisition channels
• Lead and strengthen a team of acquisition specialists

Desired skills and experience:
• Expert in performance marketing
• Very analytical and number driven
• A great understanding of mobile channel and social media as acquisition drivers next to others
• Knowledge of iGaming affiliate business
