The Department:
The Digital Marketing Department is responsible for Group’s global digital footprint, including traffic generation and conversion across all online and mobile channels globally.
Purpose of Job:
Reporting into the Head of Display, the Digital Campaign Manager will be responsible for managing the performance of the Group’s comprehensive digital media campaigns across desktop, tablet, mobile and video.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
 Responsible for set up and delivery of display and programmatic campaigns globally
 Optimisation and monitoring of campaign variables to ensure that performance targets are met and exceeded
 Provide best practice strategy and execution on all aspects of campaign delivery
 Supporting team members on trafficking of larger campaigns and partnerships
 Working with Display team on both pre and post sales campaign analysis
 Assisting internal teams (SEO, PPC, Affiliate, Conversion and Mobile) to support cross channel attribution and reporting
 Defining A/B or multivariate testing, monitoring results and applying insight gained to other campaigns
 Reporting campaign performance and ROI in line with channel goals and KPIs, on a weekly/monthly basis
 Providing benchmarks for future campaign performance to aid business decisions

Essential Criteria:
 Solid Programmatic or Display experience via trade desk or traditional online media platforms
 Exceptional attention to detail and a great communicator
 Highly analytical with ability to discover valuable insight from data sets
 Demonstrable track record of optimising Programmatic or Online Media campaigns; ability to demonstrate such track record
 Hands-on ad server experience and understanding (DoubleClick, Flashtalking, Sizmek, etc.)
 Strong working knowledge of demand-side platforms (MediaMath, RocketFuel, App Nexus, etc.)
 Excellent knowledge of the digital landscape and new ad technologies
 Experience running successful Programmatic or Online Media campaigns in a competitive sector
 Experience working to set CPA, revenue and ROI targets

Desirable Criteria:
 Analytical Degree or relevant subject
 Web development experience (HTML, CSS, Javascript, server-side scripting, SQL)
 Additional language (Spanish, German, Italian, French or Dutch)
