The Finance & Payments Manager will be responsible for financial management and accounting, as well as implementing all payments and fraud operations. The suitable candidate will work alongside the central Finance department within the standard corporate guidelines.

The following are the key responsibilities for this role;

 Work with central finance team to maintain company accounts and prepare for end-of-year accounts and annual audit
 Identify and promote cost savings within the business and liaise with each department to identify further cost savings
 Manage cash flow within the business and ensure that funds are managed in the most efficient way
 Produce regular reports for investors and the board
 Coordinate tax reporting requirements and other regulatory reporting requirements
 Perform weekly and monthly reconciliations
 Liaise with banks, payment providers and financial institutions
 To ensure payments and withdrawals for customers are secure and comply with fraud management policies
 To ensure customer deposits and withdrawals are processed in a timely manner.
 To maintain the fraud management strategy of the business
 To implement KYC procedures and ensure that all its requirements are observed
 To ensure that all necessary fraud checks are made
 To ensure that customer deposits and withdrawals are processed in a timely manner
 To ensure that account balances and contingency rolling reserves are maintained at sufficient levels
 To analyse and recommend new methods, processes and software solutions to increase payment options, speed of service, customer choice or improved security of customer deposits and withdrawals
 Liaise with payment providers

Experience required;
 3 years experience in a similar role in an online gaming company
 Commercial in nature and have a comprehensive understanding of finance, payments and fraud control the online environment
 Strong compliance and regulatory background.
 Extensive knowledge and experience of online payments processing and banking
 Extensive experience of managing online banking relationships
 Exceptional IT skills
 Intermediate level of Russian – spoken, highly advantageous
 Intermediate level of English - Both spoken and written
