A leading global online gaming operator operating in 13 countries worldwide is looking to hire a Chief Commercial officer. The CCO will be a key part of the management team and will be responsible for driving growth across the business. The successful candidate will control key areas of the business such as acquisition marketing, brand, affiliation, product and b2b. In addition the role will oversee the regional directors and country managers and be responsible for growth strategy in each market.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leadership: Define a clear commercial strategy to deliver the group level growth targets. Create a performance and data culture that encourages and rewards creative thinking, measured risk taking and exceptional execution.
Acquisition Marketing: As a marketing driven business, you will lead the development of the Company's marketing strategy with an emphasis on achieving market penetration and revenue growth with particular focus on cost-effective customer acquisition across various markets & regions.
Forecasting, budgeting & KPI tracking: You will be responsible for developing detailed plans for all key KPI’s and will break down the overall company targets into detailed regional plans. You’ll monitor the achievement of KPI's and business growth and be able to quickly revise strategies and tactics based on changing market environments.
Gaming/Product: You completely understand the gaming environment in multiple jurisdictions and have a strong background in online casino management. You’ll be responsible to drive forward product development initiatives from a commercial perspective and determine the best product strategy to deliver the company’s goals.
Business Development: You will at all times be looking and identifying new opportunities to deliver business growth. These could include regulatory, geographical expansion, acquisition and b2B.
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT:
Has a proven track record of delivering growth in a senior commercial role at a Global level (Europe, America’s & Asia).
Has a thorough understanding of growing existing and new markets through innovative marketing & product strategy
Is a capable leader of people, able to build and develop Best in class teams
Has experience in developing and executing successful go to market commercial strategies.
Has the ability to think creatively and develop non-traditional solutions to complex business challenges
Demonstrates strong negotiation and analytical skills
Possesses outstanding influencing and relationship skills
Has experience in gaming or similar fast paced, disruptive digital businesses.
Is available to relocate to Malta (or based there) and is prepared to travel frequently.
