Position summary
Create industry leading games in consultation with clients and Product Director.
Develop maths for games, to agreed hit rates, specs, RTP, spec as agreed with Product team.
Advise on new games to company which show new trends, are successful, and why they are. Show new features, explain why they are successful
Design games in conjunction with needs of clients
Ensure games produced by Development are of the highest quality from a maths, performance, graphics, presentation, sound and player experience point of view

Breakdown of time to include:
• 60% Maths Development
• 30% Product Design and Specification
• 5% Market Analysis and advice.
• 5% Reporting.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
• Experience of game maths, game design, game workings
• Proven track record of creating games which perform well
• Detailed knowledge of different player demographics and what those demographics want from a game to ensure it performs well
• Writing and agreeing detailed game specs with clients or product team, keeping those spec's up to date
• Working with maths team to create simulators/pars sheets for games
• Defining maths direction and executing so that game maths is delivered on time, to spec for hit rates, RTP, player demographics.
• Writing detailed game maths specs for use by engine/simulator team

• Suggesting new game ideas and themes to keep product offering up to date
• Reviewing new games from suppliers

• Experience in dealing with Clients and managing their expectations, delivering content to them which exceeds their expectations
• Agreeing creative direction and requirements with creative team

• Be aware of regulations for markets games will be live in and ensure games are legal and meet such regulations
• Experience working in a team environment requiring interaction with staff at all levels.

• High level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of tasks, following them through and keep relevant staff fully updated at all times.
• Ability to work in a busy, sometimes unstructured environment, juggling many priorities. This role requires you to be able to prioritise and bring structure to the environment.
