- Managing full life cycle of Casino promotions from concept to implementation and analysis
- Customer acquisition and retention through close engagement with the Marketing and CRM teams
- Ongoing management of stake limits, defaults and max liabilities across the entire casino suite
- Ongoing optimization of the placement of content on the site to maximize player engagement and revenue
- Preparing ROI projections for proposed and analysing results of completed promotions
- Working with the website UX, design and development teams to ensure that its content and functionality is up to date
- Competitor analysis and monitoring
- Liaise with .com HQ to apply best practices and expertise
- Experience as an online casino manager with a strong understanding of marketing, player engagement and their motivation.
- Ability to work effectively in a highly creative environment, engaging with team members across the organization.
- Understanding of customer and technology trends in the iGaming industry
- Analytical, results-oriented and ROI-centric
- Experience in customer communication, retention and problem-resolution
- Experience with CRM and performance marketing.
- Ideal candidate will be fluent in English, Dutch and French.
