Purpose of the role:
 Manage a team of 5 social media executives
 Be the voice of our brand in all social media channels
 Build brand awareness at scale by developing a community of loyal fans and influencers through engaging and relevant content
 Be a brand advocates and passionate about everything our brand incorporates
 Promote latest products, markets and innovations as well as solve customer queries
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
 Devise, manage and execute social media strategy
 Manage, plan and launch cross-channel campaigns
 Monitor, measure, report and deliver insights on social media performance
 Stay abreast of social platforms, tools and trends
 Manage content partners and coordinate curated content
 Develop competition & promotional content, incl paid campaigns
 Guard best practice and tone of voice across social, as set per brand department
 Own and manage content calendar
Key Working Relationships:
 Casino operations; Casino content and promotions
 Sportsbook operations; Sportsbook product and promotions
 Trading; Price messaging and trending bets
 Contact centre; Solving customer problems within social channels
 Acquisition; Promoted content on social
 Brand & Creative; Tone of voice & creative content

Person Specification, Skills, Experience & Qualifications
 Degree in communications, marketing or PR

 Proven experience managing social media strategy
 4+ years’ experience with social media, incl. paid advertising on Facebook and twitter
 Strong knowledge of social media and analytics software
 Excellent presentation and communication skills
 Passionate about sports betting and/or gaming
 Fluent in English
