Based in Malta, you would be involved in developing the relationships with their VIPs as well as managing the VIP life cycle. Experience of direct customer management at least 2-3 years (customer service or outbound).
Preferably previous experience with handling VIP customer.
Previous iGaming experience a big plus.
Excellent English written and spoken + a Scandinavian language.
Excellent IT-skills especially Microsoft office.

Independent and able to use initiative to find solutions.
