A leading international B2B iGaming organisation are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to grow their business in Malta. You will own the strategy for achieving revenue growth with existing customers, establishing and implementing suitable commercial incentives, promotion campaigns and effective methods to upsell content to local operators.
As the strategic point of contact for operators in the region, you will develop long-term relationships with key personnel at all levels within the customer base, overseeing the development and management of Malta Account Management team and strategy.
• Grow our business portfolio in Malta
• Lead a small team of regional account managers
• Develop and implement strategy for the revenue growth of operators in Malta
• Forecast and track key account metrics
• Prepare business plans, reports and statistics as required
• Establish and maintain good working relationships at all levels with our Malta based operators
• 5+ years’ experience in the gaming industry
• Experience of managing clients effectively at a senior level
• Proven team management capabilities
• Sound commercial awareness and knowledge of business development
• Ability to generate results in a complex commercial environment
