As the senior CRM Executive you lead our efforts to extract more value from our player databases that are active on our 5 gaming platforms.
You will design the customer journey, the contact strategy and the specific interactions. You will work with the latest in player retention tools. Together with the Marketing and Platform teams you develop new campaigns and you configure and deploy these campaigns. Together with our database expert and data cleaning and enrichment service providers you deliver projects that improve the value of our player database.
You are a well-organized, highly communicative, brand communication expert who is equally comfortable discussing brand strategy, advertisement creativity and technological implications.
• You have a bachelor degree (master degree preferred)
• You have at least 5 years of experience with CRM strategy including customer journey design, campaign development, campaign optimization and customer database analysis.
• You have good knowledge of e-marketing automation tools like Eloqua, Marketo, Exact Target, Terradata, Mailchimp, Sales Force, Optimove, etc.
• You are an excellent communicator that is able to manage the relationship with senior stakeholders in the company and 3rd party agencies
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

You have a natural interest in the complexities of marketing and player retention strategies with an amazing eye for detail and an affinity with usability and online customer journeys.
You naturally command the respect across a variety of departments and as such you are an experienced and accomplished individual.
