BettingJobs are currently recruiting for a leading platform provider looking for a Peru Sales Director to be based in the region.

• Analyse regional market trends and discover new opportunities for business growth.
• Identify areas of improvement, address potential market problems, and suggest prompt solutions to meet sales targets as well as propose new services/products.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Represent the Company at various events, expos, fairs, and social gatherings locally and internationally, and provide appropriate reports.
• Plan and conduct cost-effective operations and market development activities.
• Conduct proper web-based desk research and identify new market opportunities.
• Prepare business development strategy and other related presentations when requested by the Management.
• Ensure updated and appropriate content on company’s webpage related to region.
• Generate new business opportunities using existing and potential customer networks.
• Generate new leads, oversee current leads and conversion of leads to closed deals through phone calls, chats and other communication channels.
• Interact with other supporting departments in Headquarters involved in the lead conversion cycle to ensure proper and quick process of going live of the new project.
• Lead and motivate a high-performance regional team to ensure meeting business and sales targets.
• Ensure accurate leads registration and further proper management in the CRM system.
• Report on regional sales results with periodicity defined by the Management.
• Implement a budget tracking and risk management plan to assure that annual expenditures remain within the annual budget.
• Conduct financial transactions with the local banks in coordination with the appropriate responsible department in Headquarters.
• Develop and submit cash requests and expense reports with all the required supporting documents on a monthly basis.
• Submit payment requests through JIRA by providing supporting documents and follow up with their full completion.
• Control and ensure smooth invoicing and appropriate confirmations gathering to and from partners.
• Ensure proper Office administration and handle tasks related to Office administration including relationship with the Landlord.
• Oversee relationship with outsourced service providers ensuring that all Service Level Agreements are met.
• Represent and act on behalf of the interests of the Company via signing, submitting, and receiving documents including for the company charter and/or relations with all government entities.
• Ensure compliance of Regional Office with local industry related laws and regulations.
• Be the legal and main contact person for the legal entities for which the position is responsible.
• Support Global HR department in identifying hiring needs, recruiting, on-boarding, and training the personnel.
• Undertake such other related tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
• Ensure performance evaluation, training, and professional development activities of the reporting staff.
• Setup policy and procedures to ensure management is consistent with decision-making practices along with people management.

• Masters or Bachelor's degree in Business Administrations, Public Relations, or any related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in sales management, business development or related field.
• Proven experience in iGaming, gambling, and casino industry.
• Knowledge of English is required, and any additional language is a plus.
• Ability to manage and handle team, sales budget, etc.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good time management and leadership skills.
• Detail oriented, customer service oriented and adaptable.
• Open to travel for business trips.
