• Implement automated and triggered email, SMS, and other communication channels for optimal engagement.
• Continuously analyse player behaviour and feedback to refine and optimize CRM strategies.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product, to align CRM efforts with broader company initiatives.
• Oversee the development and execution of loyalty programs and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to CRM activities.
• Manage and mentor a team of CRM specialists.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure a competitive edge.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM management within the iGaming industry.
• Strong understanding of iGaming products, player behaviour, and market dynamics.
• Proficiency in CRM software and tools, including email marketing platforms, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
