BettingJobs is working with a rapid growth iGaming group who are expanding their B2C vertical with the addition of a Finnish VIP Manager.

Location; hybrid from the St Julians office. Regular Mon-Fri office hours.

Key Responsibilities:
• Portfolio Management: As the Finnish VIP Account Manager, you will take charge of nurturing and cultivating relationships with the esteemed VIP clientele. Your adeptness at understanding their unique needs and preferences will be crucial in maintaining their loyalty and satisfaction.
• Multichannel Correspondence: You'll employ your excellent communication skills to interact with the VIP customers through various channels, including emails, phone calls, and live chat. Your personalized approach will showcase the dedication to catering to their every requirement.
• Proactive Bonus Management: Striving for excellence, you will anticipate the desires of the VIP customers and proactively offer tailored bonuses and rewards that not only reflect appreciation but also enhance their engagement.
• VIP Gameplay Monitoring: Keeping a watchful eye on the gameplay of the VIP customers, you will respond promptly and appropriately to their activities, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout their time with us.
• Feedback Gathering: By actively seeking and collating feedback from the VIP customers, you will play a pivotal role in refining the services and making continuous improvements that resonate with their expectations.
• Efficient Document Handling: Your proactive attitude extends to managing document requests efficiently, streamlining processes for the VIP clients to create a hassle-free experience.
• Insightful VIP Reporting: Through your meticulous analysis and reporting, you will provide valuable insights to the management team, shedding light on VIP trends and preferences that will inform strategic decisions.
• VIP Onboarding: Welcoming new VIP customers aboard will be a part of your responsibilities, where your warm and professional demeanor will set the tone for their journey with us.
• Collaborative Strategy Development: Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer, you will actively contribute to the development and implementation of the VIP strategy, ensuring that it aligns with the company's overarching goals.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in customer relationship management, particularly with VIP or high-value customers.
• Proficiency in the Finnish language.
• Exceptional communication skills across various mediums, showcasing your ability to engage and empathize with clients.
• Demonstrated proactive approach to customer service, with a track record of anticipating customer needs.
• A background in VIP services or gaming is highly desirable, as it will aid in understanding and catering to the clientele.
• Familiarity with sportsbook operations is a plus, enhancing your ability to relate to a diverse range of customer interests.
• Strategic mindset and the capability to collaborate with senior management in refining and implementing VIP-focused strategies.
