BettingJobs is currently working with a modern, dynamic and growing sportsbook in San Jose, Costa Rica who is seeking a Customer Service Manager to join their team. The Customer Service Manager would be responsible for overseeing communication channels, effectively dealing with customer queries and improving services.

The Customer Service Manager role would be well suited to an individual who has management experience in customer service and a passion for sports betting.


Responsibilities:

• Oversee communication channels to ensure professional and efficient responses to inquiries.
• Address and resolve customer complaints to a high standard.
• Monitor and enhance service processes.
• Implement programs to improve customer interaction.
• Regularly report to management on service performance, issues, needs, and trends.


Requirements:

• Experience in customer service management, preferably in sports betting or gaming.
• Strong understanding of sports betting and sportsbook operations.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
