B2B Customer Support Executive
BettingJobs is working with a rapid growth alternative banking solutions provider, with a strong presence in the iGaming space, now seeking to expand their team with a FinTech experienced B2B Customer Support Executive.
This role will be based Hybrid from Austin, Texas, and is only open to those with current right to work already obtained.
• Answer and support B2B customer facing communication, acting as first point of contact to partners.
• Research solutions to customer issues with 360 support.
• Interact with various department to resolve customer issues.
• Use a comprehensive knowledge to investigate and resolve customer queries in a timely manner.
• Escalate problems in accordance with a developing CS policy, adhering to procedures and making suggestions for process improvements.
• Administer client account management including updating notes on CMS. Monitoring of customer activity, including assisting in the identification of fraudulent activity or abuse.
• Amending / adjusting transactions in customer accounts when necessary or instructed.
• 2 years + of FinTech experience with a background in B2B support.
• Strong technical understanding with ability to utilise inhouse reporting and recording tools.
• Knowledge of Jira or other CRM systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• A desire to learn and grow within the company, having a self-starter personality with ambition and professionalism.
