• Generate reports and provide analysis on CRM performance metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CRM technologies.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in Casino CRM.
• Basic understanding of HTML.
• Basic understanding of how integrations work.
• Proficiency in CRM software such as customer.io would be advantageous.
