BettingJobs are working with a Local market retail and online operator looking to expand both locally and internationally. They are currently looking to add a Growth Director to their team in Baku.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Lead the establishment of profitable bonus systems for top players.
• Leverage at least 10 years of industry experience to ideate and launch new products.
• Ensure the company stays at the forefront of industry trends, including virtual games and other innovative offerings.
• Monitor daily betting activities, analyse trends, and collaborate with the team to optimize performance.
• Stay informed about league updates, new products, and industry developments.
• Work closely with marketing, operations, product management, and VIP sales teams to align growth strategies.
• Lead a cross-functional team and foster a collaborative environment.
• Attend industry seminars, conferences, and events to stay updated on trends and network with key stakeholders.
• Manage and optimize the monthly and annual budget to meet financial targets.
• Provide regular reports to the CEO on key performance metrics and growth initiatives.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the betting industry.
• Proven track record of successful new product launches and revenue generation.
• Expertise in establishing and managing profitable bonus systems for top players.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to monitor and react to daily betting activities.
