Responsibilities:
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and seasoned UX specialists proficient in Figma. Your role is pivotal in crafting captivating and user-intuitive websites that align seamlessly with project requirements.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of user feedback and analytical data, leveraging these insights to validate and substantiate the translation of your design concepts into responsive and meticulously crafted web layout.
• Apply your robust stakeholder management prowess to diligently gather and interpret project requirements, ensuring that designs fit with both business objectives and user demands.
• Employ your expertise in design, utilising Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. These should adhere well to the best practices in UX/UI design, creating an exceptional user experience.
• Maintain a commitment to staying abreast of ever-evolving design trends, cutting-edge technologies, and the intricacies of SEO requirements. This will ensure the websites consistently deliver superior user experiences while also enhancing website indexing.
• Forge close collaborative relationships with developers to ensure the seamless implementation of your designs, guaranteeing they mirror the intended vision with precision.
• Shoulder the complete ownership of design projects, shepherding them from their conceptual inception to successful completion, consistently meeting project deadlines and deliverables.
• Elevate the digital landscape through your valuable input and insights, actively contributing to the perpetual enhancement of the overall design and user experience across the websites.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in website design, with a strong proficiency in using Figma for design and collaboration.
• Mastery of Figma, including its features for creating, prototyping, and collaborating on designs. This includes the ability to create and manage design files, design components, and complex interactive prototypes within the Figma environment.
• A solid foundation in graphic design principles, including skills in creating icons, illustrations, and other visual elements.
• Strong understanding of User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design principles, including layout design, information architecture, user research, and usability testing.
• Proficiency in designing for various screen sizes and devices, ensuring that designs are responsive and user-friendly across different platforms.
• Effective communication skills to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders and team members.
• A background in iGaming, including experience in online casino, and sports betting is highly advantageous.
• A working knowledge of best UI/UX practices that directly affect SEO would be highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in other design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Skill in creating wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and test design concepts and user flows.
• Ability to identify design challenges and find creative solutions to address them while adhering to project constraints and goals.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, demonstrating skills in Figma usage and design creativity.
