BettingJobs are working with a multi-product content provider in the iGaming industry, who are currently looking for a Marketing Manager with Bengali.
• Define marketing plan and manage the budget assigned to the region in accordance with senior leadership and Country Director.
• Proactively develop ideas and opportunities for future clients and collaboration.
• Creating, proofreading, and posting content across multiple digital channels (e.g., blogs, media, and social media)
• Develop and implement an online advertising strategy (banners, editorials, interviews), as well as maintain the relationship with the third-party advertisers.
• Define, organize, and coordinate events the Bangladesh focused team needs to attend, such as conferences, team building events, events with clients, etc. in accordance with senior leadership and Country Director
• Work with graphic designers to create banners, images, and other marketing materials.
• Management and ownership of marketing and sales materials including website content, brochures, merchandise, etc.
• Ensuring maximum brand exposure across multiple channels.
• Manage relationships with the YouTube/affiliates/streaming partners – ensuring they get prominent and positive coverage all year round.
• Identify new affiliates/streamers and on-board them on the product/services.
• Motivate existing affiliates and streamers to optimize performance.
• Develop & maintain a strong network and one-on-one relationships with key YouTuber/affiliates and streamers.
• Review affiliate sites, YouTube/streamer as well as other media contents and marketing practices, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulation.
• Create and propose new promotion/actions to distribute to the affiliate networks and streamers/other social media.
• Set up performance dashboard to review the monthly KPIs / budget allocation.
• Responsible for the content translation from English to Bengali for all the content (games, PR, Banners, etc.)
• Must bring a strong portfolio of affiliates on the Bangladesh gaming market (influencers, streamers, etc.)
• Experience with advertising on various social media platforms (Twitch, YouTube, Instagram etc.)
• Ability to source and retain new affiliate partnerships.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills – able to analyse performance and capable of using this analysis to drive better placements.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, Google analytics, ad-serving, CPC, and performance-oriented advertising.
• Friendly, passionate, and energetic.
• Proficiency in Bengali and English - with ability to translate content accurately.
