BettingJobs are currently seeking a CRM Manager for an established iGaming operator with ambitious growth plans, based in their Brighton office. The CRM Manager will be responsible for reviewing the existing function and taking control of CRM activity across several brands.

The CRM Manager position would be ideally suited to an experienced CRM Manager with a proven track record in the iGaming industry. With extensive expertise in business analytics, campaign reporting, and customer lifecycle journeys is coupled with a passionate drive for delivering innovative marketing solutions. The successful candidate will become a vital part of their marketing leadership team, you will play a key role in driving their success in a dynamic and competitive market.

Responsibilities:

• CRM Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute CRM strategies with a keen focus on enhancing customer relationships, optimising customer engagement.
• Customer Communication: Design and execute customer engagement strategies, including personalised messaging, email marketing, and feedback collection. (Including Content and Copywriting Skills)
• Business Analytics: Leverage data-driven insights to shape and refine marketing strategies, making data analytics an integral part of the decision-making process.
• Campaign Reporting: Develop, implement, and maintain robust campaign reporting systems to measure and improve the effectiveness of the marketing campaigns.
• Customer Lifecycle Journeys: Craft and optimise customer lifecycle journeys, ensuring the customers receive a seamless, personalised, and engaging experience from acquisition to retention.
• Bonus Management: Devise and implement bonus strategies that capture the attention and loyalty of the players, offering a competitive advantage in the igaming industry.
• Innovative Ideas: Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table, exploring new avenues for customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
• Collaborative Leadership: Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and internal/external stakeholders to align marketing efforts and deliver campaigns with excellence.
• Skills Development: Staying at the forefront of industry trends and best practices with continuous learning and development.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM management, with a strong background in igaming.
• A keen interest in Sports Betting and Casino.
• Expertise in business analytics, campaign reporting, and customer lifecycle journey optimisation.
• Proficiency in bonus management, capturing and retaining players through strategic bonus offerings.
• A visionary thinker with the ability to bring fresh, creative, and innovative ideas to the forefront.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the capacity to work closely with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams.
• A passion for excellence, continuous learning, and staying ahead of industry trends.
