BettingJobs is working with a leading iGaming company, who are looking for a French Speaking CRM Executive to join their team in Malta.
• Build a sustainable relationship with both internal and external stakeholders across the business (CS, QA, Product, Design, UX, BI and more).
• Ownership of lifecycle marketing plans from idea to implementation.
• Regular analysis of both ATL & BTL promotions to enable continuous improvement of marketing plans.
• Create engaging communications for the channels (Email, SMS, Direct Mailing, Social & Push) to support marketing campaigns, site features and new game releases.
• Collaborate with the necessary stakeholders to ensure the user experience is optimised to increase engagement.
• Have ongoing knowledge of the regulatory requirements to ensure the product is compliant at all times.
• Carry out regular competitor analysis across product, game content and promotional offerings to ensure they have the best product available.
• Working with CS to investigate and resolve customer feedback and queries when feasible.
• Monitor and manage the content on the website (promotions & banners)
• Experience in a CRM or marketing role preferable.
• Experience in working with a HTML editing a bonus but not essential.
• A very keen interest in and passion for marketing and/or i-gaming.
• Attention to detail and analytical skills.
• French native speaking required.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
