BettingJobs are currently recruiting for a Head of Financial Analysis & Performance with an innovate operator based remotely.
The successful candidate will handle financial analysis and performance modelling of all projects considered by the business in order to aid recommendations about optimal business decisions.
Responsibilities:
• Analysis and forecasting of commercial value of Business Development Opportunities.
• Regular Reporting and insights on performance of key commercial activities.
• Working collaboratively with key business partners in order to help set and achieve commercial and strategic goals.
• Assisting with the development and management of annual strategies, initiatives, and budgets.
• Contribute and support negotiations with key partners to help devise terms that serve the financial interests of the company.
• Provide performance analysis of implemented projects in order to compare forecasts against actual data.
• Consultation with department heads in order to determine what success looks like for their specific initiatives.
• Regular reporting to the CBDO of projects undertaken.
• Proactive identification of areas where performance efficiencies may be found to ensure the business constantly remains best in class.
Requirements:
• Post Graduate Degree in Finance, MBA, CA, CPA, CFA or Similar.
• More than 7 years’ experience in iGaming.
• More than 5 years’ experience in strategic partnerships, negotiation, and deal construction.
• In depth understanding of the product, customers, competitors, and the regulatory landscape.
• Cross-functional experience and the ability to apply big picture thinking to help accelerate performance and move the needle commercially.
• Advanced analytical and forecasting skills, including machine learning applications.
• Financial acumen and outstanding problem solving.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of managing and business partnering with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work over and above in order to meet deadlines.
• Solution based approach to business where there are no excuses for missing targets but rather outside the box thinking to ensure objectives are always achieved.
