BettingJobs are currently recruiting for a Casino Coordinator with an innovate operator based remotely.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing online casino operations, including managing, and coordinating game launches, promotions, customer service, and vendor relationships.
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of the online casino platform, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction for customers.
• Coordinate and execute the launch of new games and promotions, ensuring all elements are in place before the launch.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and third-party providers, ensuring contracts are in place and services are provided in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives that promote the online casino platform.
• Analyse and report on key performance indicators, including player activity, revenue, and customer satisfaction, and develop strategies to improve performance.
• Manage customer service operations, including responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements:
• Willingness to learn.
• 3+ years of experience in online casino operations, has done team sports or sports in general.
• Experience with game launches, promotions, and customer service.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience with online casino platforms and related software.
