As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Gaming to lead our gaming division.
Position Overview:
As the Head of Gaming, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our gaming strategy. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our online gaming and sportsbook operations, collaborating closely with marketing, customer service, and payments teams to drive revenue growth, enhance player experiences, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Gaming Strategy and Innovation:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive gaming strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and growth within the gaming sector, including the introduction of new games and features.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing team to create and implement effective player acquisition and retention campaigns.
• Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure exceptional player experiences and timely issue resolution.
• Partner with the payments team to optimize payment methods, fraud prevention, and payment processing efficiency.
Product Management:
• Oversee the selection and integration of new gaming content providers and suppliers.
• Monitor game performance, player engagement, and revenue metrics to make data-driven decisions.
• Ensure players have a seamless experience by using data as a decision identifier.
Team Leadership:
• Build and lead a high-performing gaming team, including game designers, analysts, and product managers.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Extensive experience (10+ years) in online gaming, casino, or sportsbook operations.
Strong knowledge of the Australian gaming market
Proven track record in developing and executing successful gaming strategies.
Owning the P&L for all casinos
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
