BettingJobs are working with an iGaming company based in Costa Rica who are currently looking for a Technical Lead Analyst to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects and conducting in-depth research to identify trends and uncover valuable insights. They will collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to drive data-driven strategies and ensure that these strategies are implemented.
Responsibilities:
• Analyse vast and complicated data sets using sophisticated statistical and analytical methods.
• Develop predictive models, algorithms, and statistical methodologies to derive actionable insights.
• Identify patterns, trends, and correlations in data to provide strategic recommendations.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor performance.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, methodologies, and best practices in data analysis.
• Provide insights on market opportunities, potential risks, and strategic implications.
• Utilise advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets.
• Develop and maintain analytical models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and executives to understand business goals and strategic initiatives.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to support decision-making at a strategic level.
• Present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and impact.
• Lead analytical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders.
• Define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria, monitoring progress and addressing issues as they arise.
• Drive innovation and thought leadership by introducing new analytical methodologies, tools, or approaches.
• Contribute to the development of analytical frameworks, standards, and best practices within the organisation.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance the team's capabilities.
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Economics) is a plus.
• Extensive experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualisation.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or SQL.
• Strong knowledge of statistical techniques, machine learning, and predictive modelling.
• Proven track record of leading and delivering complex analytical projects.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, actionable insights.
