BettingJobs are working with a rapid growth iGaming operator who are currently seeking a CRM Executive to support the growth of their online casino and sportsbook product. This position is based in Porto.

Requirements:
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance the Promotional Calendar ensuring timely and impactful campaign execution.
• Designing and orchestrating diverse customer journeys that resonate with the player base.
• Overseeing the end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns, using the marketing automation tool, including segmenting the customers and setting up on-site and off-site promotions.
• Monitoring and analysing key CRM metrics, including deliverability, open and click rates, and campaign performance.
• Conducting thorough market and competitor research to tailor retention plans to the local market's nuances.
• Identify innovative campaign opportunities to drive sustained player loyalty.

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Marketing, Informatics Management, Engineering or similar
• Background in CRM and familiarity with the iGaming sector
• Well-organised and analytical, paying close attention to details and approaching tasks systematically.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the function
• Valued Experience in web product management
• Driven by results and objectives, enthusiastic about learning and growth.
• Motivated team player with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
