BettingJobs are working with a multi-brand operator who are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the global marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, drive user growth, and establish the market presence worldwide. They will work closely with the executive team to define marketing objectives, create innovative campaigns, and optimise user acquisition channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the crypto industry, a proven track record of driving successful marketing initiatives, and a strategic mindset to position the brand as a market leader.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy, aligning with business objectives and growth targets.
• Drive user acquisition and retention through innovative and data-driven marketing campaigns.
• Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Establish brand positioning and ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
• Identify and implement effective marketing channels, including digital advertising, social media, content marketing, influencer partnerships, and strategic collaborations.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer insights, market trends, and competitor strategies, and use these insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Oversee the development of compelling and engaging content that resonates with the target audience and strengthens brand loyalty.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track marketing effectiveness, optimise campaigns, and report on results to the executive team.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align marketing strategies with product enhancements and updates.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the crypto and blockchain space, and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers, media outlets, and strategic partners to maximise brand exposure and drive user growth.
• Monitor and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and optimising return on investment (ROI).
Requirements:
• Proven track record of at least 10 years in marketing roles, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position, preferably in the crypto or fintech industry. Experience working with crypto derivatives exchanges is preferred.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the crypto industry, blockchain technology, and digital asset trading.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing global marketing strategies that drive user acquisition and revenue growth.
• Experience in leading and mentoring a high-performing marketing team.
• Deep understanding of various marketing channels, including digital advertising, social media, content marketing, and influencer partnerships.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and metrics to drive marketing decisions and optimise campaign performance.
