BettingJobs are working with an exciting iGaming Crypto start-up, with both Online Casino and Sportsbook offerings, who are looking to hire a CRM Manger. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar role in the iGaming industry, with a strong interest in cryptocurrency.
The role will be responsible for creating the CRM strategy and and running targeted email campaigns to drive the company mission.
Responsibilities:
• Collecting and analysing customer data
• Using CRM systems to manage relationships
• Developing new ways to meet customers’ needs
• Handling escalated customer complaints
• Overseeing the interactions between customers and key team members, such as Customer Service Representatives.
• Creating and executing retention campaigns
• Developing marketing campaigns to attract new customers
• Collaborating with sales, marketing, customer service and operations teams to improve the customer experience
• Managing the customer journey to drive retention and growth objectives (deposit conversion, churn reduction and upsell)
• Build and create CRM email templates, customer lifecycles and automations
Requirements:
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role in the iGaming industry
• A strong understanding of the casino product, customer journeys, commercials and bonuses
• Good working knowledge of HTML and Excel
• Crypto experience – advantage
• Experience of developing a loyalty strategy and managing a loyalty program.
• Planning and building CRM strategies in different Geo’s.
• BA/BSc. in Marketing or equivalent – advantage
• An understanding of the sports, gaming and cryptocurrency industries, anticipating emerging opportunities and being reactive with promotions for them
