The successful candidate will have extensive experience with payment providers, a deep understanding of online gaming operations, and a passion for ensuring a seamless and secure gaming experience for the customers.

• Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with payment providers to ensure efficient and secure payment processing for the customers.
• Monitor payment trends and compliance requirements related to online gaming and adapt the payment processing strategies accordingly.
• Optimise payment methods to enhance user experience and minimise transaction-related issues.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the online casino and sportsbook platform.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations, including customer support, marketing, and tech.
• Implement operational best practices to maximise player satisfaction and retention.
• Handle any compliance-related issues that may arise in the course of operations.
• Identify potential risks related to operations and payment processing and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Implement fraud prevention measures to protect the company and the customers.
• Monitor and analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals.
• Foster a collaborative and performance-driven culture within the operations department.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and training as needed.

• Proven experience (5+ years) in online casino and sportsbook operations with a strong focus on payment providers.
• In-depth knowledge of payment processing solutions and providers relevant to the USA market.
• Familiarity with US gaming regulations and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry.
