BettingJobs is working with a leading iGaming company in the UK, who are looking for a CRM Marketing Executive.
Responsibilities:
• Regular updates of the website (banners and promotions).
• Implement new campaigns / promotions.
• Manage the CRM execution (newsletters, SMS, push notifications, direct mailing).
• Work closely with marketing, design, QA, and customer service teams to maintain excellent communication and coordination.
• Updating social media posts and advertising campaigns.
• Regular competitor analysis of Dutch and Belgian operators.
• Request and analyse campaign reports to optimise campaigns efficiency.
• Drive campaign innovation.
Requirements:
• Experience in a CRM or marketing role, preferable in the i-gaming industry.
• Experience in working with HTML editors.
• A very keen interest in and passion for I-gaming.
• Casino industry knowledge and experience is a big advantage.
• Attention to detail and analysis skills.
• Dutch native speaking required.
• Proven ability to take ownership of a promotion/campaign from conception to completion.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
