BettingJobs are working with an iGaming and sportsbook operator who are looking at add a Gaming Promotions Manager to their team.

• Responsible for setting strategy and the global CRM promotions calendar for Casino, Live Casino, Virtual and other RNG products across multiple brands and markets.
• Collaborate with the CRM, BI & VIP Analysts, as well as country specialists in each of the markets, on promotional mechanics to ensure effective use of budget.
• Regular reporting to senior stakeholders and regional teams on the success of campaigns, demonstrating a deep understanding of what motivates customers.
• Responsible for delivering flawless campaigns and customer experience across all CRM channels working with various business stakeholders.
• Responsible for continuous reviewing and optimisation of global Casino promotions and performance.
• Influencing CRM product roadmaps to ensure the team has the required tools and features to execute promotions.
• Studying customer research and feedback to fully understand customer motivations to ensure customer plans are meeting the customer’s needs.
• Ensure all activities are carried out on-brand and to a high standard, whilst maintaining high standards for fairness and integrity.
• Ensure that all legal and compliance considerations are reviewed by legal and are signed of and met before
• Consider all implications and dependencies on other departments within the business for the promotion at conceptualisation phase as per current processes.

• A strong passion for gaming and an extensive knowledge of gaming products.
• At least 2 years’ experience within the gaming industry in a promotional capacity.
• An understanding of the landscape of the gaming market in Africa.
• Sufficient technical knowledge to be a significant contributor to the gaming and promotional bonus engine.
• Thorough knowledge of gaming promotional offerings available presently in the industry.
• Forward thinker with the desire to innovative.
• Strong team player, who enjoys a collaborative environment.
• Strategic Mindset and analytical, to take a long-term view and anticipate future trends and implications.
• Results driven possessing a determination to achieve results and skilled in creating reporting metrics that effectively measure and illustrate the performance/success for all promotional campaigns that are run.
• Analytical thinking, good attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
