BettingJobs are working with an iGaming and sportsbook operator who are looking at add a Gaming Content Manager to their team.
Responsibilities:
• Undertake thorough competitor analysis to ensure that the finger is on the pulse concerning any new games innovations.
• Have the user experience of the player at the forefront of the mind when considering the introduction of new game content.
• Work with UAT to guarantee that the games are working across multiple devices and operating systems so that the user is experience is as refined as possible.
• Drive financial performance through optimisation.
• Collaborate with country managers to define content requirements and an effective delivery of gaming content across all markets.
• Plan the release and promotion of new games in collaboration with key stakeholders in commercial, marketing, and sister brands, among others, and optimise based on performance data.
• Put in processes and work with dev to ensure that new games are produced efficiently and in accordance with timelines set.
• Consider how personalisation can be leveraged to provide as engaging and enriching as possible.
• Cooperate with all relevant stakeholders so that there is full visibility of new games content releases across the business.
• Collaborate with operational team and CRM to ensure that content is scheduled into the comms strategy.
• Ensure that game limits are set in accordance with those that have been agreed across the business for each different product vertical so that maximum exposure rules are adhered to.
• Align with key stakeholders and teams to validate, refine, and optimise the gaming content strategy & roadmap priorities based on customer insight, relevant data, commercial performance, regulatory requirements and the competitive market context.
• Content related reporting and performance tracking.
Requirements:
• A strong passion for gaming and an extensive knowledge of gaming products.
• Strong industry knowledge and expertise, especially in the areas of slots, live casino, gaming content and its suppliers, and iGaming in general.
• Experience in working with an African customer base and the challenges that are posed from a device, operating systems standpoint is highly sought.
• Experience with creative thinking in developing a mobile centric product experience.
• Strong project, process, and time management skills.
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills to identify key insights, value creation opportunities and process or performance improvements.
• Knowledge and experience with reporting and visualisation tools
• Skills in stakeholder management and persuasion
