BettingJobs is working with a rapid growth iGaming operator now seeking to expand their team with a proactive CMO. Based remote ideally from East Asia this role will be leading marketing strategy for the online casino product, managing expansion into new regions and localizing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the iGaming industry, a passion for marketing, and a proven track record of successfully driving customer acquisition and retention strategies in East Asian markets. You will be comfortable building processes and working in a lean environment, taking a hands-on approach.

Key Responsibilities:
• Market Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the East Asian iGaming market, including market analysis, competitive intelligence, and growth opportunities.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
• Brand Management: Manage and enhance the brand presence in East Asian markets, ensuring consistency and alignment with the company's values and goals.
• Customer Acquisition: Drive customer acquisition initiatives through a mix of performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, influencer partnerships, and other digital channels.
• Customer Retention: Implement strategies to improve player retention and customer lifetime value, including personalized marketing campaigns and loyalty programs.
• Analytics and Data Insights: Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns, ROI, and customer behaviour analysis.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with relevant regulations and ensure marketing practices are compliant with local laws and regulations in East Asian markets.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
• Partnerships and Sponsorships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to expand the company's presence in East Asia.

• 5 + years in a senior iGaming marketing position with focus on East Asian markets.
• Deep understanding of East Asian iGaming markets, including cultural nuances and consumer behaviour.
• Fluency in English with additional language; Thai, Indonesian, Malay, Vietnamese preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
• Experience managing and leading cross-functional marketing teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic industry.
