BettingJobs are working with an exciting iGaming Crypto start-up, with both Online Casino and Sportsbook offerings, who are looking to hire an Affiliate Manager.
The successful candidate will be the primary account manager for the company’s affiliates partnerships and be tasked with ensuring the companies partners are managed to a high standard. You will utilise existing connections to bring immediate new opportunties and utilise experience and expertise to elevate the affiliate approach to best in the industry.
Responsibilities:
• Build, manage and grow affiliate relationships as well as maximise performance of the existing affiliate base
• Continually communicate with affiliates, provide support and keep them up to date on new products and any program enhancements
• Analyse and optimise affiliate traffic activity and develop new ways to monetise & incentive them to perform better
• Monitor data trends and analyse affiliate performance to measure effectiveness and profitability
• Monitor affiliate practices and compliance
• Identify/Research, evaluate recruit and activate new affiliates/partners to promote our brands
• Research and report on competitors’ affiliate campaigns and promotions
• Identify and implement other opportunities to enhance the affiliate program
Requirements:
• In depth knowledge of the affiliate industry in the iGaming industry
• 4+ years’ experience working within an Affiliate Management role for a sports betting or online gambling business
• Proven experience of working with Small-Medium Enterprises and sole traders as marketing partners who drive traffic to brands
• Educated to degree level
• Experience negotiating and implementing a range of commercial models
• Knowledgeable of a wide range of sports in the context of betting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint and particularly Excel.
• Strong aptitude for analytics and desire to learn new techniques and tools
