BettingJobs are working with an online casino brand who are currently looking to add a Head of Acquisition to their team.
Responsibilities:
• Overseeing the day-to-day running and management of all acquisition channels including paid media, SEO, and affiliation to ensure maximum ROI is achieved.
• Identify and cultivate top performers and develop incentive programs to reward key partners.
• Create and manage monthly spend for promotions and communications of all acquisition marketing channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to regularly create and improve landing pages, overall marketing, and merchandising campaigns.
• Develop new partner recruitment and program marketing campaigns.
• Responsible for running all acquisition accounts whilst making sure on delivering personal and group KPI’s.
• Can effectively implement SEO to better position brand visibility.
• Implement strategies to increase quality and yield of all key acquisition partners.
• Represent the business at industry events and keep updated on industry trends.
• Manage key accounts across all brands and increase business from each partner.
• Work with internal marketing team to grow the business within focus markets.
• To provide reports to the CEO and board of directors on daily/weekly/monthly performance.
• To ensure that all partner payments are checked against reporting and paid in a timely manner.
• To drive traffic in target geos to meet the business growth strategy.
• Effective Management of P&L of acquisition channels.
Qualifications:
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in head of acquisition role within the iGaming industry.
• Experience with both sportsbook and casino products.
• The ability to deliver against aggressive acquisition targets.
• Previous P&L experience is a must.
• Must have experience working within unregulated markets.
• Experience in emerging markets is an advantage.
• Great communicator.
• Ability to manage acquisition teams effectively.
• In-depth knowledge and experience of leading global acquisition methodologies to ensure success.
• Methodical, numbers driven and well organised.
• Fluent in English.
• Positive and enthusiastic ‘can do –attitude’.
• Possess strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
