BettingJobs are working with a Romanian casino group are looking to add a VIP Manager to their online division.
• Manage and retain a portfolio of High Value Players.
• Provide support to Marketing and Operations stakeholder to drive optimal VIP experience by ensuring resolution on high-level feedback and concerns from High Value Players.
• Monitor customer behaviour and ensure that player reinvestment is offered in proper timescales.
• Effectively upsell the product and services to the existing VIP customer base.
• Responsible in funneling customer journey to plan and measure efforts to attract and engage to potential VIP.
• Constantly monitoring player satisfaction levels to ensure targets are met and growth in revenue.
• Proactively monitor and grow the VIP segment by identifying and engaging potential VIPs early in their lifecycle.
• Build strong personal relationships with the VIP base to maximize loyalty and player experience in line with relevant procedures and compliance requirements.
• Plan, organize, and execute enhancements to the existing player program and campaigns.
• Track and identify quality players and follow up on results.
• At least 3 years of experience in iGaming.
• Strong communicator in spoken and written English.
• Positive, creative, data & results-driven person.
• Has experience setting and achieving objectives/targets/KPI.
• Preferably with experience in Business to Customer Sales.
• Excellent planning and time organization skills and attention to detail.
