BettingJobs are working with an established B2B SaaS provider delivering iGaming software, content and services who are seeking the hire of a Chief Commercial Officer

Responsibilities:
• Owner of Go to Market strategy and execution. Channelling agreed board/founders’ vision through sales, commercial, customer management, marketing & PR, and supply chain.
• Responsible and accountable for business development, commercial, account management, marketing & comms, PR, RFP’s.
• Represent the company support brand positioning.
• Participate in industry events and forums.
• Revenue focus on new markets, new sectors, new product verticals where known revenue opportunities exist.
• With Head of Marketing manage marketing budget including PR, events, and digital marketing. Essentially need ability to direct where to spend marketing investment to support go to market strategy. Big focus on industry awards to support the company strategy.
• Implementation of best-in-class sales processes covering deal flow & approvals, pipeline management, commission schemes, presentations, RFP responses and consultative SAAS sales approaches. Including legal/commercial, compliance and project management engagement.
• Renegotiation of official data feed deals and closing best in class economics for new feeds (data and pricing) where required to support Tier 1 & Lottery sector wins. Driving bottom line growth and up selling revenue opportunities within sports customer base.
• Ensure proper management of the sales team, sales process, and sales reporting.
• Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities.
• Leading all major sales acquisitions across multiple geographical areas.
• With Head of Account Management oversee smooth and receptive account management.
• Personally engage with and cultivate top leads and clients in the business pipeline.
• Deliver requirements from the sales and account management organization to the product development within the company.
• KPI setting & Performance monitoring in line with Group sales.
• Keep high level of CRM hygiene and deal value approval.
• Training of colleagues and product feedback.
• Value proposition creation & tailoring to specific client needs.
