BettingJobs are working with an established African online betting operator who are looking to add a SecOps to their growing technical team.
Functions:
• Perimeter, systems, and applications vigilance to identify new security threats, design flaws, potential intrusions, or security incidents
• Perform pen-testing and investigate new attack vectors
• Forensics and keeping track of discovered vulnerabilities
• Collaborate with development teams to create security awareness and enforce/maintain a secure architecture, design, and code
Requirements:
• Expert in Linux environments (especially RHEL based, like Rocky Linux)
• Ability to read third-party and to code in multiple languages
• Strong understanding of relational DB Design and Normalization
• Strong understanding of Networking, including but not limited to segmentation and firewalling
