As a React Developer with Gaming Experience, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining interactive user interfaces for the clients gaming applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, backend developers, and product managers, to create visually stunning and engaging gaming interfaces. Your expertise in React and your understanding of gaming mechanics will play a key role in enhancing the overall gaming experience for the clients’ users.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement high-quality and responsive user interfaces for the gaming applications using React.js.
• Collaborate with design teams to translate gaming concepts into visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.
• Develop and maintain a reusable component library to streamline UI development across multiple gaming projects.
• Ensure that the frontend components and interactions are optimized for performance and seamless gameplay experiences.
• Implement real-time updates to display live gaming information and enhance player engagement.
• Create interfaces that are compatible with various screen sizes and devices to cater to a diverse user base.
• Work closely with backend developers to integrate frontend interfaces with server-side APIs and gaming services.
• Ensure that the gaming interfaces function flawlessly across different web browsers.
• Collaborate with the analytics team to implement tracking and measurement tools to gather insights into user behaviour and interactions within the gaming applications.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in the gaming industry, incorporating relevant technologies and best practices into the projects.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience as a React Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing gaming-related projects.
• Solid understanding of gaming mechanics, user interactions, and gaming industry trends.
• Proficiency in React.js and its core principles, with experience in building single-page applications (SPAs) and component-based architectures.
• Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS, including modern CSS frameworks (e.g., CSS-in-JS, Styled Components) for styling React components.
• In-depth understanding of JavaScript and its modern ES6+ features.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles to collaborate effectively with design teams.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address technical challenges.
• Familiarity with gaming engines like Unity or Unreal Engine would be a plus.
