BettingJobs is working with an online marketing and advertising company specializing in Content Marketing, Affiliate Marketing and SEO for the iGaming industry who are currently looking to add a Sportsbook Content Team lead to their team based in Athens.
Responsibilities:
• Leading a team of Copywriters and Digital Marketeers by ensuring all people management responsibilities are completed in a diligent manner.
• Recognising the developmental needs of individuals and providing support through coaching or mentoring to enhance their knowledge and skills.
• Providing guidance and direction to the team, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.
• Compiling regular reports that highlight the team's activities and performance in relation to set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and presenting these reports to the manager.
• Ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and quality of sports betting data, analysis, and recommendations provided by the team members.
• Perform proofreading and quality checks on existing on-site and off-site materials.
• Engaging in strategic content planning, meticulous keyword research, and thorough competitor analysis.
Requirements:
• Fluent English knowledge. Preferably native English speaker.
• Knowledge of online betting is essential.
• Interest in sports.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt within a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proactive mindset.
• Previous experience in WordPress or any CMS will be appreciated.
• Basic SEO knowledge would be considered a plus.
