BettingJobs are working with a mobile Sports Betting and iGaming solutions provider who are currently seeking a Casino Revenues Director to join their team.
Responsibilities:
• Gain and maintain a deep understanding of the company Casino solution and strive to propel the casino revenues.
• Develop and implement Casino revenue strategies that will drive revenue growth, optimise profitability, and ensure that the company meets its revenue targets. Including, promotions, specific discounts with content providers, campaigns, tournaments, missions etc.
• Monitor both B2B and B2C competitors and market trends to identify revenue growth opportunities and recommend strategies for market and product expansion.
• Maintain a competitive pricing strategy for gaming offerings, promotions, and special events to attract and retain players while maximising revenue.
• Financial Analysis: Analyse key performance indicators, including revenue, costs, and profitability metrics, to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Prepare regular financial reports for management review.
• Data Analysis and Insights: work with BI team to build reports and dashboards that allow us to evaluate players behaviour, gaming trends, and market demand.
• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with various departments, including finance, marketing, CRM, compliance, marketing, product, content, operations, and senior management, to align revenue strategies and goals. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive revenue initiatives.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and opportunities related to revenue generation and implement appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
• Analyse operators’ business needs and accommodate them in the company strategy, commercials, products, and services.
Requirements:
• At least three years of experience in online casino.
• Proven ability to drive casino revenues.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
