BettingJobs is working with an established online gaming operator who are looking for a VP of Marketing for Brazil to join their team in Sao Paulo.
Responsibilities:
• Work closely across functions to drive Offline Marketing initiatives.
• Analyse and report on the effectiveness of offline marketing programs on an ongoing basis to senior stakeholders.
• Track and analyse the performance of advertising campaigns.
• Test, target and optimize across channels and be creative with advertising, product offers and partnerships.
• Develop and lead a social media plan – influencers focused; content driven.
• Develops new creative concepts/ideas for marketing programs & external communication projects.
• Initiate and execute offline activations to increase awareness and adoption.
• Continuously analyse results, A/B test, and optimize campaigns in order to generate learnings and improve strategies.
• Manage offline events including seminars, community engagement events and conferences.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in a senior marketing role in offline marketing and business development, preferably with a background in fintech, consumer internet or financial services.
• Proven experience in growing offline acquisition in at least two of the following channels – social, TVC use, print ads, seminars, community engagement programs and conferences.
• Strong written and verbal communication a must
• Start-up experience is a big bonus, to operate in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
