Job description:
The main purpose of this role is to own and execute the Casino strategy across all regions. The role will focus on defining and executing tactical plans to hit KPIs and deliver our overall casino strategy.
The successful candidate will define the strategy for the casino and lead its implementation.

The company continues to grow with a strategy of focusing on improving the products and services across the business, these include those behind the scenes as well as those used by the players via mobile & desktop devices, as well as mobile apps.
Scope of duties
• Full ownership of the casino P&L
• Drive the development and delivery of financial KPIs through preparation and execution of detailed tactical growth and marketing plans
• Lead and develop the Casino team to support and deliver the Casino strategy
• Driving force behind all casino marketing activities – player acquisition, player retention and cross-sell from sportsbook
• Partner with Marketing to develop and execute the casino campaign plan, roadmaps and player communication including campaign briefing, defining customer segments, brainstorming with copy-writers and designers, signing off assets and marketing materials
• Manage the promotional and bonus spend budget
• Constant evaluation of campaigns in order to improve efficiency and ROI
• Partner with Product and IT departments to deliver the casino product roadmap
• Keep up-to-date with market and industry knowledge and ensure all games offerings and relationships with suppliers are compliant with all relevant regulations
• Regular communication and reporting of casino vertical performance against KPIs
• Work closely with the Business Intelligence function to set up the necessary tracking mechanisms to analyse and report on business performance
• Work closely and further build relationships with our existing Casino Providers to ensure an consistently improving player experience
• Seek out new providers and orchestrate the integration of those products into our Casino Platform
• Champion collaborative ways of working within, and across teams and departments, and an ambassador for Operational Excellence within the Casino function
• Hold key responsibility for commercials and contract management with all suppliers
Requirements and skills
• Have proven experience in growing an online casino, including line management and team development skills
• Be commercially minded, with a strong understanding of growth metrics, financial evaluation and performance reporting/management skills
• Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Ability to liaise confidently with exec level management
• Experience of working in a multicultural and dynamic environment
• Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills
• Self-driven with a positive and hands-on attitude, with strong interpersonal skills
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements
o Minimum 5 years’ experience working in the online casino industry
o Prior experience in online casino vertical management, product management and/or marketing
o College degree preferably in Business or Marketing
o Highly numerate and analytical
o Regional, market and licensing awareness
• Strong interest in the gaming industry and knowledge of Casino and Sportsbook
