BettingJobs are currently seeking a Head of Retail Operations for an established gaming operator. Focussing on their operation in Liberia, the Head of Retails Operations will be responsible for managing and growing the retail network, including both dedicated shops and the network of agents.
This role would be well suited to an individual who has managed and grown significant retail operations in the African market.
The successful candidate will be based in Monrovia, Liberia.
Responsibilities:
• Management of the company's sales points including agents and shops.
• Daily monitoring of the agent's activity in the field
• Leading the company to meet goals
• Managing a team of managers and their subordinates
• Implementation of steps to increase the sales
• Initiating steps and procedures to control the company's activities
• Budgetary control over compliance with sales targets
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience as a senior manager within retail sports betting
• Bachelor's degree in accounting/economics/Business/Marketing
• Experience in managing a geographically dispersed sales system
• Experience in managing a profit and loss unit independently
• Experience in setting goals and following them
• Fluent in English- mandatory
